Why is ventilation measurement necessary?
Whether a space is adequately ventilated cannot be judged by eye. Airflow, velocity, pressure, temperature, humidity and particle measurements show in figures whether the system meets the needs of the space and whether working conditions are appropriate.
Measurements also allow problems in the system to be detected early. Falling airflow may indicate a clogged filter, rising pressure loss a dirty duct and higher particle levels insufficient extraction. Measurement results are reported and submitted to the facility together with improvement recommendations.
