With state-of-the-art measuring instruments, we detect vibrations in your system and carry out the necessary balancing adjustments.
Why is vibration measurement important?
Vibration in fans and motors is the first sign of imbalance, bearing wear, misalignment, loose connections or belt and pulley problems. Vibration starts to increase long before a fault becomes obvious. Regular vibration measurement allows problems to be detected before they grow and to be fixed with planned maintenance.
Spectrum analysis examines the frequencies at which vibration occurs, so it can be determined whether the source is imbalance, bearing damage or structural resonance. If the problem is caused by imbalance, it is corrected with dynamic balancing.
Common causes of vibration
- Imbalance caused by dirt or wear on the impeller
- Bearing wear and insufficient lubrication
- Misalignment between motor and fan
- Loose connections and mounting elements
- Belt tension and pulley alignment problems
